What is the AI Answers feature and how does it work? AI Answers use Generative AI to respond to questions or searches within Cleary based on the platform’s knowledge base. Integrated with Slack, the Cleary AI Slack bot detects questions, provides relevant answers, and even creates FAQs from answered questions to keep your knowledge base up to date. For example: • A user asks about the holiday schedule, but no data exists. • Another user provides the answer, and the bot creates a “Company Holidays” FAQ with the new information. _ How accurate are the AI-generated answers? The AI provides responses based on available data. While it strives for accuracy, users are encouraged to double-check critical information as occasional inaccuracies or outdated data may occur. _ What happens if the AI provides an incorrect answer? Cleary provides a feedback mechanism allowing users to flag incorrect answers. Super Admins can use this feedback to update company content, improving future AI responses.
Data Privacy and Security
Does Cleary use any third-party AI models? Yes, Cleary utilizes trusted third-party AI models, including AWS Bedrock, Anthropic, and OpenAI. These models are selected based on their security and privacy practices, with all vendors SOC 2 compliant. • We continually evaluate and may integrate additional vendors such as Cohere or Groq in the future. • Detailed information on AI vendors is available on our Data Sub-processors page, where you can subscribe for updates. _ Is my data stored by third-party AI models?
